AN ARM OF WEAKNESS

"all one can say is that this power will be exercised wisely by some, foolishly by others, and that among those who bear arms, some will be loyal and others rebellions
                                                                                   Sun Tzu: Art of War.

The looming insecurity caused by boko haram took a different turn with the bombing of the United Nations building in Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria on August the 26th 2011. This time around the message intended was not only to insult and embarrass an already ailing and struggling Government but to further remind all and anyone who cares to even try to understand the political undertone of this violent group. Who given the opportunity haven't failed in a constant show off just how easily they can orchestrate and penetrate even the seemingly safest or irrelevant constituencies.
48 hours after the blast at the United Nations building in Abuja, nothing but condolences, speeches, bomb site/hospital visits and pointing of fingers to the wind with no concrete evidence charting a way forward and no evident crackdown on these blood thirsty inhumane sect.
In but a little while this camouflaged military-styled civilian coup de etat will surely dictate where and who is safe if this style of arrogance is allowed to take the route of an unchecked menace that time will cure.
Goodluck transcends finding a headway from the ill-luck or unfortunate events of others. With the number of challenges facing the arm of Government burdened with the cross of a Nation as blessed as Nigeria is, let not the deception of humility or a blind eye to the events that matter bring about "for want of a nail, the shoe was lost"
Issues as boko haram demand swift and expedient action from a confident head who knows and is able to identify when at war.
