"Crime in its own right is as professional as any job can be, and its perpetrators, the artists of the art. The complexity of these simple minds tells the stories that intrigue the average human mind when truth is revealed"
The
announcement by the Nigerian SSS of the capture of the said boko haram
spokesman Ali Sanda Konduga (AKA) Usman Al-Zwahiri read out as an orchestrated script and nothing but a save face
charade. Intelligent enough would have been a more convincing story, instant
as Kodak pictures of vivid actions taken immediately. For a start, the naming and arrest of the so called
serving house of assembly member and detailed intelligence reports of the boko
haram modus operandi. The man paraded, seemed confident of himself, a
confidence devoid of the fear of what he has done or is accused of doing, but a
shaky confidence of “what have I got myself into” his face seemed to ask the
question if the money he will eventually receive for his public appearance was
worth the accusations.
Giving the
gravity of the numerous attacks on civilian and military personnel, not to
mention the countless deaths arising from the tide of violence unleashed by
this sect, it’s amazing to see the man accused of being the spokesman of the
sect looking so unruffled and without the normal trademarks of someone who has
passed through the hands of the SSS .
Enough of the
deceit, the SSS should come clean with the simple truth if indeed its
complexity is known.
